In this final episode of the DIY heated swimming pool build series, I reveal exactly how much the project cost from start to finish.
Nearly a year after filling the pool, I break down every stage of the build including excavation, the concrete base, ICF walls, plumbing, filtration, heating, rendering, paint, coping and all the hidden costs in between.
The pool has now been through its first summer, autumn and even a Christmas swim, so I also share my thoughts on whether the project was actually worth it, what surprised me most, and what I would do differently if I started again.
